Heather Andersen

Heather Andersen is a registered and bonded legal document assistant (San Bernardino County Registration #159) and a certificated paralegal.  Heather has worked as a Paralegal for the past four years.  Her past employment experience include working at the District Attorney’s office in Ventura County, the Attorney General’s office in Arizona, and working for private practitioners.  Currently, she is attending Victor Valley College, with the intention of transferring to Chapman University and then pursuing a law degree.  Heather received a Certificate of Achievement in Paralegal from Victor Valley College in 2006.  Her ultimate goal is to become a federal judge.  Heather is privileged in having a great family.  She enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in fun activities with them.  She takes pleasure in helping people and exploring avenues to solve the issues at hand.  She is flexible and most always available.

Araceli Parra

Araceli Parra is a certificated Paralegal.  After spending years managing an apartment complex she became a paralegal at Platt College, specializing in evictions and bankruptcy.  She is also our primary Spanish speaking LDA.

Rachel Bolger

Rev. Rachel Bolger is a registered and bonded CTEC Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP) (CTEC #A162260) and wedding officiant.   She is a bright and outgoing young lady.  Currently Rachel is working with non-profits getting people health insurance through Healthy Families and No-Cost Medi-Cal.  She’s also a minister with the Universal Life Church and has been performing weddings since 2005.  She has recently received her Doctorate of Divinity and is looking to expand her role as a officiant of wedding ceremonies.

VICTOR LEOS

Victor Leos is a registered and bonded legal document assistant (San Bernardino County Registration #79), certificated paralegal, registered tax preparer (CTEC #A130897), California Notary Public (commission # 1760558) and real estate agent and loan officer with GMI Loans & Realty.  Victor received a bachelors degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 2000 and gained experience working as a paralegal for a law firm in San Francisco shortly after graduating from UC Berkeley. 

Victor Leos moved to the high desert area of San Bernardino County in 2002 and began working as a legal document assistant.  Shortly thereafter, he received his notary public commission, became a registered tax preparer and became licensed by the California Department of Real Estate as a real estate sales person and loan officer.

Victor  Leos founded AmeriMutual Services in 2006.

Dale Bolger

Dale Bolger is a registered and bonded legal document assistant (San Bernardino County Registration #158), certificated paralegal.  He went to school at PCC which is not only one of two American Bar Association approved two year colleges in SoCal but is also the top rated in all of California.  He gained experience as a paralegal under lawyers in San Gabriel Valley and worked on family law, bankruptcy, probate and civil rights.  Dale moved to the High Desert in 2002 after he had to go through his own divorce.  Dale enjoys helping people move forward in their lives.  Dale’s areas of expertise lie in family law, conservatorships, civil lawsuits, estate planning, probate, and bankruptcy, though is also available for other issues.  Dale enjoys working as an Legal Document Assistant so he can provide access to the legal system that is generally denied to people of moderate to low incomes.
